4. Handling Errors & Defective/Broken Items

If the item received is defective, broken, or damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item:

  • Customer Error/Unaccepted Returns: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or provided an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs due to customer error may be deducted from the refund amount if a refund is requested instead.
